I'm switching from another app — can I keep my reviews?
Yes. Growth and Pro plans include CSV import. Export your reviews from Judge.me (or any app that supports CSV) and upload them in Pearlily. Your reviews, ratings, and reviewer names are all preserved.
Will this slow down my store?
No. Pearlily loads asynchronously and uses Shopify's native Theme App Extensions — no external scripts injected into your theme. Your page speed stays the same.
What happens to my reviews if I cancel?
All widget code is automatically removed from your theme — no leftover scripts. Your review data is deleted per our privacy policy. You can export your reviews before uninstalling.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. You can downgrade to the free plan or uninstall the app at any time from your Shopify admin.
Is customer data safe?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We comply with GDPR and Shopify's privacy requirements. Customer emails are never displayed publicly and never shared with third parties.
